WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are growing and are looking for an AWESOME full-time OR part-time person to help with: rug pick-up/deliveries on the van AND rug detailing/repairs in the shop, etc. (This is NOT a rug washing position).
We are only looking for individuals with positive attitudes who are timely and have a great work ethic. To be honest, we can train anyone to work on rugs, but we cannot train someone to show up to work each day with a great attitude and treat our customers with care.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We offer professional In-Plant Rug Cleaning at our Rug Worx location in Mesa. We offer Valley wide pick-up and delivery of rugs and small furniture items. We also specialize in treating NEW rugs/furniture with Fiber Protector.
THE DEETS:
We can provide high skills training. You do NOT need to be a certified cleaning technician. Pay varies based on position and experience, but technicians typically start with an hourly rate during our training/probation period and are then eligible for pay increases immediately after. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude who is timely and a non-smoker. Must be professional and outgoing when communicating with our clients. No health benefits available at this time. PTO, sick days and overtime available.
- Work hours 9am-Job Completion at our rug cleaning facility (days of week TBD).
- Must meet physical demands of this job and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- SALES background is a plus.
- Professional Moving or Install experience is a plus.
- Sewing or repair skills are a plus.
- Customer Services skills are a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
