We LOVE Rug Worx! My company does acres and acres of commercial carpet care, every month. Some clients have beautiful and often expensive rugs in their lobbies and offices. Rugs are different than carpet. They have their own sets of potential problems which need to be considered prior to cleaning. Cleaning rugs, in a home or office, with the wrong processes or products, could end in catastrophe; not to mention that it doesn't really get the rug clean.
