Scott Gwilliam
AKA “SCOTTY G.” OR “RUG NERD”
He is the Owner, inspiration and heartbeat of our Company. He has been cleaning carpet for 25 years and is a fiber whiz. He re-sparked his passion for textiles and fibers with professional rug cleaning. He loves to educate other rug washers and Interior Designers about rug fibers and construction (IDCEC approved Instructor). He holds a wide array of certifications including Master Rug Cleaner, Textile Pro, WoolSafe Certified Rug Care Specialist and many more. He no longer cleans residential carpet because his time is needed at the rug shop and overseeing the business.
He spends a lot of time with his wife and their two boys at their baseball tournaments and fishing. He LOVES to snow ski, play poker, billiards, fish and golf. He is very passionate, loves what he does and appreciates all of his clients.

Miranda Gwilliam
AKA " Boss Lady"
She left corporate sales to work for Scott’s carpet cleaning company when their boys were little and now runs Rug Worx. She jokes that she does everything in the biz EXCEPT clean rugs! She is the Mama Bear at work and at home to their 2 boys: Byron (14) and Brandt (11). She loves running their family biz, connecting with clients and designers, and is enjoying club baseball with the boys. Her success with Rug Worx, social media and coaching Scott behind the scenes throughout his career has inspired her to help other service-based businesses. She is an Intuitive Business Guide to others part-time and you can follow her on IG @manifestingwithmiranda. She has a BA in Psychology from ASU, is a Fiber Protector Specialist, Textile Pro, WoolSafe Approved Rug Care Specialist, certified Akashic Soul Mastery Practitioner and Spiritual Success Coach.
KYLE SANDERS
AKA “KY” or "Rock Star"
AKA “KY” or "Rock Star"
Kyle is our Office Manager and wears many hats since he is an excellent multi-tasker with a skillset in tech, computers, audio, professional YouTube editing, and warehouse management. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Grace, who is an ICU nurse. They love their fur babies: Mochi and Mia! Kyle sings, plays 6 different instruments and is a literal ROCKSTAR. He is the bassist for the band ARCHETYPES COLLIDE who recently blew up on Sirius XM, Octane radio as well as local radio. He is the perfect addition to our team and everyone loves him. We are trying to hold on to him as long as possible, because he may be swept away by another rock tour soon. Check out their music on Spotify or YouTube.
