SCott Gwilliam
AKA “SCOTTY G.” “RUG NERD”
He is the Owner, inspiration and heart beat of our Company. He has been cleaning carpet for 20+ years and re-sparked his passion for textiles and fibers with professional rug cleaning. He loves to educate other rug washers and Interior Designers about rug fibers and construction (IDCEC approved Instructor). He holds a wide array of certifications including Master Rug Cleaner, Textile Pro and WoolSafe Certified Rug Care Specialist. He no longer cleans residential carpet because his time is needed at the rug shop and overseeing the business.
He spends a lot of time with his wife and their two boys. He LOVES to snow ski, play poker, billiards and golf. He is very passionate, loves what he does and appreciates all of his clients.

Miranda Gwilliam
AKA " Boss Lady"
She eased into working for Scott when their boys are little and now works full-time at our Rug Worx facility. She does EVERYTHING from scheduling, billing, rug inspections, management, and marketing to client meetings! She is the Mama Bear at work and at home to their 2 boys: Byron (8) & Brandt (5). She loves running their family biz, connecting with clients and taking her boys to sports and the Zoo.
Yasmine Flamm
AKA "Yazzz"
Yaz started working as a Nanny for the Gwilliams and they loved her so much that they wanted to keep her around. She is a professional photographer (Yasmine Carmen Photography) with a focus on weddings and families. She manages our social media pages so follow us on TikTok, Instagram or FB! She works in the office and helps with rugs as well. She spends a lot of time with her husband and fur baby. They are very active with their church community, helping with youth group and worship team.
FILIBERTO LECHUGA
AKA “FILI pronounced as Philly”
IICRC Carpet Cleaner. Fili is a Cleaning Technician who is on all carpet/tile cleanings, commercial cleanings and rug deliveries. He is the most dependable person around and is always there for his family and friends. He paints during his free time and plays the bass at church and in his worship band: “The Jericho Project”.
NELSON MACDONALD
AKA “Number 7”
Nelson actually works next door at V-Dub Furniture but he kept coming over here to see us so he now works part-time in the shop. We call him “NUMBER SEVEN” in reference to a secretive operative from the Bond movies. He knows everything about everything and can do anything! He is handy to have around.
KYLE SANDERS
AKA “KY” or "Rock Star"
Kyle is our Rug Inventory Manager and wears many hats, including posting all of our popular Tik Tok wash videos. He is married to his highschool sweetheart, Grace, who is a nurse. Kyle sings, plays 6 different instruments and is a literal ROCKSTAR! He is the bassist for the band ARCHETYPES COLLIDE who recently blew up on Sirius XM, Octane radio as well as local radio. He is the perfect addition to our team and everyone loves him. We are trying to hold on to him as long as possible, because he may be swept away by a rock tour soon.
