12 MONTH SERVICE AGREEMENT for area rugs only, after date of application.
If you are unable to safely remove a spot on your rug through the use of paper towels and a safe spot agent, we will come out and work on your stain at NO SERVICE CHARGE (Trip Charge required, based on mileage).
Service Agreement Disclaimer:
This Service Agreement VOIDS Pet/Human Biohazards such as: urine, feces, body oils, vomit, blood, etc.
No protector products will prevent permanent stains. Protector products will not prevent traffic areas or soiling from occurring. Proper care and maintenance is recommended as well as regular professional in-plant cleanings. We will do our absolute best to spot clean your rugs in-home safely if/when a spot occurs within the first 12 months. We cannot guarantee total stain removal, and in some instances the rug may need to be fully washed in-plant (regular cleaning rates apply). *Rayon/Viscose should never be spot cleaned, scrubbed harshly, cleaned in-home, or use at-home spotting agents of any kind. Please call us if you experience a stain so we can problem shoot with you on a case-by-case basis.
