As we approach this month’s end we reflect on just how far we’ve come. Scott Gwilliam was the Valley’s “carpet guru” for 15 years before he pulled the trigger on our RUG ADVENTURE. After 2 years of pure rug education and traveling the U.S. to train with rug cleaning experts, he finally opened Rug Worx. On our 3 Year Anniversary this month, we are happy to report our modest rug cleaning facility is now a well-oiled machine. We are so proud of the high level of CLEAN RUG results we are now delivering to the Valley.

OUR COMMITMENT TO RUG EDUCATION

Aside from the cleaning, RUG EDUCATION remains our biggest mission.

• We educate our customers daily about their rugs and how to care for them. We try to be their problem solvers and help them with all of their flooring needs.
• We are constantly working on continuing rug education for ourselves and staff. We will be attending The Experience next week in Las Vegas to meet with the best rug cleaners and educators from around the globe! (We’ll post pics on Instagram! Follow us @RugWorx)
• Scott is an IDCEC instructor and teaches the Valley’s finest interior designers about everything from rug construction and fibers to rug pad. We enjoy getting the designers to a level where they are able to educate their clients on rugs and make the better informed rug buying decisions.
