I would give them 100 stars! The customer service is incredible. We just moved to Scottsdale and didn’t know who to call for carpet cleaning. I asked our Realtor and he recommended Rug Worx, and without a doubt he was on point. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to the cleanliness of our home our realtor is a long time friend and he knows I’m a clean freak and would only recommend the best. Miranda was the person who answered when I called and she was so helpful and kind. Scott was right on time, did an incredible job, the carpet looks new. He was so upbeat and has a “Can do attitude!” It’s a family owned company which made working with them even more positive. Without a doubt I recommended Rug Worx. They have my business from now on.
